Privacy policy

Private by default, practical by design.

Overland Ready stores the information you provide to plan trips, maintain gear, build loadouts, save locations, and write debriefs. That data is used to provide the app’s core readiness features.

Data the app may collect

• Account details such as name, email, and password hash.
• Trip plans, dates, destinations, notes, and debrief entries.
• Gear, loadout, checklist, and assignment records.
• Optional saved coordinates that you enter manually.
• Security and diagnostic records needed to protect the service.

Location and maps

Coordinates are treated as sensitive. The current app uses a local offline plot and does not request third-party map tiles or transmit coordinates to a map vendor.

Account control

You can initiate account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated private workspace data unless legal retention is required.

For privacy requests or support, use the support page. Before public App Store release, replace this local policy with the production company policy URL and contact address.
